Ron Santibanez
is the founder and president of Profit
Line Consulting, a firm specializing in
helping restaurant companies increase
their market share and profits. Profit
Line's clients include companies such
as, Disneyland, Carl's Jr. Restaurants,
A&W Restaurants, Roberto's, The Historic
Magic Lamp Inn, Stop & Glo, as well
as others.
A native of Southern California, Ron Santibanez
has been involved in the restaurant industry
since 1973.
His restaurant experience included stops
with several full and fast service companies
which included The Blue Bayou, Tahitian
Terrace, and Carl Karcher Enterprises
(Carls Jr. Restaurants).
In 1991, Mr. Santibanez began his own
management consulting firm, Profit Line
Consulting. His extensive background in
foodservice operations and management
development gives him a unique insight
into all the facets of restaurant operations,
as well as general business development.
An active restaurateur himself, he is
an Owner and Director of Pesto Creative
