Thank you for your words of wisdom. I really appreciate the initial comments you made in the "Maintain Your Balance" section of the October 2001 Insights. The comments were genuine, clear and helpful.
Also, as a faculty member of the Buffalo State College, State University of New York at Buffalo''s Hospitality-Tourism Department, I especially appreciated your insights in the "Marketing in Tough Economic Times". Many of my students are concerned regarding their future job opportunities after the tragedy on September 11, but we are assuring them that employment will always be available for those who have excellent work ethics, patience and professionalism.
